Honest Advice First

New Liner or Whole New Pool?

A worn liner doesn’t always mean a worn-out pool. We’ll tell you straight which one you need.

Time for a New Pool If You See:

  • > Rust holes or bulging in the steel wall
  • > Uprights leaning outward or sinking
  • > Corroded or crumbling bottom track
  • > Cracked or broken top rails and ledges
  • > A wall that won’t hold a new liner safely

A New Liner May Be Enough If:

  • > The walls and frame are still solid
  • > The problem is fading, wrinkles, tears or leaks in the vinyl
  • > The liner is slipping or popping out of the track

“We had other contractors down to give us an estimate, and one told us it wasn’t worth replacing, just tear down your pool… The new liner is perfect and our water is sparkling.” — Janet C., Google review

One Crew, Start to Finish

How Pool Replacement Works

No juggling a removal company and an installer. One quote, one crew, one point of contact.

1

Site Visit & Quote

Send a photo of your old pool. Dave reviews the yard, the ground slope and your access, then quotes the full package.

2

Teardown & Haul-Away

We shut down and disconnect the plumbing, take the old pool apart, and haul away the old liner, walls, frame and rails.

3

Re-Level the Ground

Laser-transit leveling down to virgin soil, with a concrete patio block under every upright. Old pool sites are often off-level, so we fix it.

4

New Pool Installed

Wall assembly, foam cove and sand base, a vacuum-seated liner, then filter, skimmer and return hookup with a leak check.

Decks, old filter equipment and fencing aren’t part of standard removal. Tell us about them and we’ll include them in your quote.

“…install a new 15×30 oval pool in a location that I had previously removed a pool of the same size… With an added complexity of a pre-existing deck… Dave made sure I was happy with how it transitioned to the existing deck.”

Pool Replacement Questions

Can I keep my existing deck?

Often, yes. Decks aren’t part of standard removal, so tell us about yours when you request a quote. We’ll plan the new pool’s size and height to work with it where possible.

What do you haul away?

With a full pool replacement, we remove the old liner along with the walls, frame and rails. Decks, old filter equipment and fencing aren’t included in standard removal, but we can quote them with your job.

Can I go bigger or change shape?

Usually. Rounds run 15′ to 33′ and ovals from 12’x24′ to 18’x40′. Dave checks your yard’s space, slope and clearance during the site visit.

What about electrical?

Your pump needs a dedicated outdoor GFCI outlet with a timer near the filter, installed by a licensed electrician. That isn’t part of our installation, so if your current outlet doesn’t meet that, plan for an electrician.

Can I finance removal and the new pool together?

Yes. Get your package quote from Dave, then apply with HFS Financial for the total. See financing details.
